Now in pilot

You saw more in class than you can say at pickup.

Say it into a WhatsApp voice note before you pack up. Jejak turns it into a short update for the family: what their child worked on, what's getting better, and something to try at home. Send it that evening or save it for a monthly round-up. Nothing goes out until you've read it.

How it works

From a voice note to a parent update in a minute

Four simple steps. No app, no typing, no new habits.

  1. Record after class

Send a voice note for each child, in English, BM, Chinese or Tamil. Start with the child's name.

  2. Check the draft

Jejak turns your note into a short update: what they worked on, what's getting better, what to practise. Approve it, or change a word.

  3. Choose when it goes out

Send it straight away, the next morning, or keep it for a monthly round-up. You set this for each class.

  4. Parents open it on WhatsApp

Each parent gets a private link to their child's update. Over the term, the updates build into a record of their progress.

What parents receive

Families stay when they can see their child improving.

Parents rarely watch a whole class. Your updates show them what happened, in something they can read in a minute.

  1. A note from you, in your own words
  2. What their child worked on, and how it's going
  3. Small wins worth celebrating, like doing something for the first time
  4. One or two things to try at home

For every teacher

Built for how teachers already work

Everything happens in the WhatsApp you already use, with safeguards for children built in.

Parents agree first

Nothing about a child is saved until their parent taps Agree on WhatsApp.

Nothing invented

Jejak only rewrites what you said. Your original note is kept beside every draft.

Private links

Each update opens only for that child's parent, and you can revoke a link at any time.

You choose when

Send straight away, the next morning, or keep it for a monthly round-up.

A record that grows

Every update joins the child's page, so families see a whole term of progress.

English, BM, Chinese or Tamil

Talk the way you teach. Jejak writes the update in the language the family reads.

Questions

Things teachers and parents usually ask.

How much does it cost?

It's free for teachers during the pilot. We'll share pricing before the pilot ends, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

What kinds of classes is it for?

Any class where you teach the same children every week: yoga, tuition, music, swimming, art, dance, martial arts or sports.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You use your normal WhatsApp. If you want to edit a draft, a simple web page opens on your phone.

Where is my data kept?

Notes and updates are stored in Jejak's own system, separate from your WhatsApp chats, and are only used to make your updates. Parents can ask for their child's records to be deleted at any time.

What if a parent doesn't use WhatsApp?

Tell us during the pilot and we'll send their child's update link another way, by SMS or email.

Can parents stop receiving updates?

Yes. A parent can reply STOP at any time. Their child's records can also be deleted on request.
